The following services are offered in the assisted living and are part of the base cost to live there:
C             Three meals daily-meals are served family style
C             Bed and Bath Linens
C             Weekly housekeeping services
C             Call light system for security
C             Basic cable service
C             Activity program
C             Minimal personal care
C             Social services as needed

The cost of the apartments at Country Reflections are as follows:
C             Studio Apartments = $2,200.00 per month
C             One Bedroom Apartments = $2,350.00 per month
C             Double Occupancy = $1,600.00 per person

The following items are not part of the basic monthly rate:
C             Transportation to and from doctor, dentist, and other practitioners
C             Assistance with personal cares (more than minimal assistance)
C             Medications and dietary supplements
C             Therapy services
C             Equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, etc.
C             Barber and Beauty services
C             Personal furnishings other than a bed, dresser, and night stand upon request
C             Laboratory and diagnostic services
C             X-rays
C             Resident supplies (Kleenex, toothpaste, etc.)

******Medicaid Waiver may assist with payment of Assisted Living Services, but certain requirements must be met. We can help you contact the appropriate person to help determine if you qualify for Medicaid Waiver services.
