Country Reflections Assisted Living offers those who live here a way to maintain their independence by providing them with services such as housekeeping, meals, and other services that might be needed.

Country Reflections consists of nine apartments. Each apartment contains a kitchenette ( with refrigerator and room for a microwave), and a bathroom with a shower. The studio apartments have one large living space that serves as the bedroom area, and the one bedrooms apartments contain a separate bedroom space.

The facility has a nice sized community living room and dining room area. A laundry room is also available for those who live at our home to use.

Is Assisted Living right for you?

The following criteria must be met to reside at Country Reflections Assisted Living:

• The individual must be self mobile.
• They must be able to ambulate and transfer by self.
• Must be able to feed themselves.
• Must have the ability to toilet themselves and if incontinent, manage their incontinence by themselves.
• Must be able to take care of light housekeeping duties such as making their bed.
• Must be able to bath self with only minimal assistance.
• Must be able to request prn medications.
• If they are a diabetic, they must be able to monitor and administer their own insulin.
• Must demonstrate appropriate social skills and behaviors.
• Tenant and family must be responsible for their own medical services, i.e. doctor visits, etc.
