independence. Country Reflections
Assisted Living helps those who live at the facility maintain this independence
by providing them with services such as housekeeping, meals, and other services
that might be needed.
The following criteria must be met to reside at Country
Reflections Assisted Living:

The individual must be self mobile
·
They must be able to ambulate and
transfer by self
·
Must be able to dress self with only
minimal assistance
·
Must be able to feed themselves
·
Must have the ability to toilet
themselves and if incontinent, manage their incontinence by themselves
·
Must be able to take care of light
housekeeping duties such as making their bed
·
Must be able to bath self with only
minimal assistance
·
Must be able to request prn
medications
·
If they are a diabetic, they must be
able to monitor and administer their own insulin
·
Must demonstrate appropriate social
skills and behaviors
·
Tenant and family must be responsible
for their own medical services, i.e doctor visits, etc.
