Fairview Manor-Our Facility
is Not Home Like, It’s More Like Home.
Fairview
Manor has been working very hard to create an environment that feels more like
home and less like a ‘typical’ institutional nursing home.
Our home is divided into two households, one household on each end of our facility. Twenty of our residents live in each household. Our household is showcased by a beautiful living space at the center, which includes a kitchen, dining room space, and a cozy warm living room area.
Consistent staffing is also provided in each household. That means that the same staff works in the same household at all times. This arrangement allows staff and residents to build relationships with each other, and ultimately increase the quality of life and care provided.
