Assisted Living
Country Reflections is an Assisted Living that
is part of the Fairview Manor family of services. Opened in the fall of 2002, it offers another level of care that
we can provide to those interested in our home.
Country Reflections consists of nine
apartments. Each apartment contains a
kitchenette (with refrigerator and room for a microwave), and a bathroom with a
shower. The studio apartments have
one large living space that serves as the bedroom area, but the one bedrooms
apartments contain a separate bedroom space.
The facility has a nice sized community living
room and dining room area. A laundry
room is also available for those who live at the our home to use.
Country Reflections Assisted Living was
deficiency free on their last Survey conducted by the Nebraska Health and Human
Services Department. This survey
took place in November of 2003.
